Cumulus Fractus over UMBC

Clouds over UMBC on 3/21/2013. Test video for a series of experiments. Note that the upper level wind speed is in a different direction than the lower atmospheric wind speed (clouds at different heights moving in different directions).

Taken with Logitech HD Pro C910 Webcam (downconverted from 1080p because quicktime is dumb)
