Eggs and Vegetables

You don't have to be a chef to make a decent meal.

Never eat eggs alone. They hide vegetables really well. The phytonutrients that you get from plants change between the different cooking methods (saute, stir fry, roast, raw). Always try to vary your cooking methods in order to unlock all of their potential.

Sauté extra vegetables from your fridge before throwing in your eggs.

Sauté Coconut oil, onion, garlic.
Then after browning, throw in power greens until cooked down.
Lastly, pour in the scrambled eggs with salt and pepper.
Consume!
