José Andrés and Eric Ripert Discuss Anthony Bourdain’s Legacy

On the day The Culinary Institute of America dedicated Les Halles D’Anthony Bourdain on its New York campus, renowned chefs José Andrés and Eric Ripert spoke about the legacy of their friend Anthony Bourdain, a 1978 CIA graduate. A scholarship in Bourdain’s memory has been established at the CIA for students who take part in the college’s international study programs. Highlights of the discussion and dedication, led by CIA President Dr. Tim Ryan.
