Hot Ice (HD) Crystals (Sodium Acetate)

Super saturated solution of sodium acetate crystallising before your eyes. A seed (of crystals) is required to start the process of crystallisation. The process of crystallization is exothermic: the cool solution becomes warm as the crystals form. This is used in heat-packs that medics carry. Sometimes also called "Hot Ice"
