Today Marty Schwartz teaches a an easy but awesome e blues scale.
I don't know about you, but I get HAPPY playing the Blues.
Weird, isn't it? Well, not really... not if you love the Blues as much as I do.
I'm sure you can relate. There is just something about playing Blues music that gets to the very CORE of why I love guitar so much.
Problem is, a lot of guitarists struggle with playing the Blues because they get caught up in practicing the wrong things, or they try to incorporate elements that don't really fit acoustic blues.
Playing acoustic Blues requires a special set of skills that is actually quite simple to master if you attack it the right way.
That's why I have created a brand new program that does just that. And I'm happy to say I've succeeded wildly.
So let me ask you...
Have you ever dreamed about playing gritty, back alley Blues like Stevie Ray Vaughan?
Imagine sitting down with the blues master himself in the dark recesses of a Texas dive bar as he breaks down his most prized licks just for you ...
Or what if BB King sauntered over with his cherished rosewood Gibson under his arm on break at a seedy backwoods bar so that he could take your hands and SHOW you exactly how he wrings such soulful expressions out of his beloved Lucille?
White Hot Licks ... Sizzling Blues Riffs ... Bone-Crunching Solos ... Your Guitar Playing
Will Vault to "Masters-Level" Using These Time-Proven Methods
We don't have to tell you that there is nothing cooler --- and we mean NOTHING --- than being able to play gritty, back-alley, juke joint blues for yourself or your friends whenever you want.
We know this because every time we hear B.B. King, Stevie Ray Vaughan or Eric Clapton produce a piece of searing, white-hot supernatural brilliance from their guitars we get a gut-level reaction that's hard to put into words.
We know you know what we mean.
Marty Schwartz teaches you 3 acoustic blues chords (E7, A7 B7).
Well, first of all, let it be known that no one digs old-school blues more than me.
Whether it's that sweet sound of B.B. King or the deep swamp soulfulness of the postwar Delta blues, I LOVE the essential blues sound that helped build the foundation of just about every guitar genre you can think of. That stuff is timeless, and my devotion to it is complete.
But it occurred to me that I never really sat down to create an entire program to teach you how to modernize the foundational blues so that you could get more gigs and become totally versatile.
I mean, seriously, have you heard what the Black Keys are doing with some pretty simple blues rhythms?!!
Have you heard how Jack White rips his killer garage band sound from the depths of blues fundamentals?
Or how about the way Gary Clark Jr adds distortion to his octaves?
I have demystified ALL of these incredible techniques (and a ton more) in this set. When you modernize the old-school blues essentials with what some of the best bands are creating today, you have come full circle and all of a sudden there ain't nothin' you can't do on guitar ... seriously!
