Important information about Cervical Cancer in females | HPV and PAP test | Dr Geetinder Gaba

Females are often exposed to a malignant tumour of the cervix, which is the lowermost part of the uterus. This malignant tumour of the lowermost part of the uterus (womb) can be prevented by PAP smear screening and a HPV vaccine. Symptoms include bleeding in between periods and after sexual intercourse. Foul smelling white discharge and low back pain or lower abdominal pain may also occur. Whereas in some cases there may be no symptoms. Know more about cervical cancer.
