We sold our house and left the U.S. in search of less stress, more fun, and a more affordable lifestyle. We've been documenting our travels, and want to share them with like-minded people who are fed-up with the status quo. We've learned that you don't have to give up your standard of living when you leave the States!

We’ll take you to some fascinating places all over the world, and show you what it really takes to become an "expat". We are not traveling as tourists, but rather with an eye to the suitability of a place as our permanent replacement home. We'll shed light on the topics that really matter most... housing, finances, healthcare, cost of living, and lifestyle. We'll show you both the good and bad of a place, and share the mistakes we made along the way.
