Mini motor home stuck

These folks were at a campsite in Naselle WA . Snag lake has about 8 spots that you can dry camp at . It is about 5 miles off the beaten path surrounded by forest ./ The were turning around and dropped their rear end into a ditch . I was about 3 miles from arriving on scene when I got a text that a good samaritan had attempted to pull them out . Instead of pulling them out he had jerked them sideways into the ditch caving in the bottom edges of their camper . It would appear the attempt was made using a long tow strap . The angle of the tow was to sharp and it pulled the mini into the ditch instead of out of it .
