It's important to note that Mazda Canada has already updated their website to include the 2021 Mazda CX-5, which doesn't change from this 2020, the first time Mazda hasn't added any consumer-oriented improvements from a previous model year. The only change to the 2021 Signature includes a rear Signature badge on the trunk, and the MSRP goes up by $150.00 CAD. The 2021 Mazda CX-5 also adds two new special editions, the 100th Anniversary Edition along with the Kuro Edition. The GT model also gets a Turbo badge on the rear lift gate much like the 2021 Mazda3.

Our Snapshot on this 2020 Mazda CX-5 Signature AWD goes over all the technical changes from the previous model year, including the 8" infotainment system, one inch larger than the previous year, a 360º camera system, front and rear parking sensors, and improved sound insulation for the cabin. The 2.5L SkyActiv-G Turbo engine also receives a minor torque boost to 320 lb-ft at 2,000 rpm, up 10 lb-ft.

We take the 2020 Mazda CX-5 Signature on a real-world road test to talk about how this compact crossover performs, handles, drives, and rides here in Canada, along with the interior design and layout that has worked so well for the past 4 model years.
