Hey Guys!! In today's video we are testing out the new Anastasia Beverly Hills Carli Bybel palette! Many of you guessed correctly in my recent Will I Buy It that I would pick up this palette and the moment it arrived on my doorstep I wanted to share my initial thoughts and try it out with you guys! So today I am sharing with you guys my first impressions of this palette along with a simple eye look and some comparisons to other palettes, which I think is always helpful!
