Amid continuing Patel sub-community’s quota demand and Rajasthan Government's passing two new legislations on reservation, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat recently called for a review of reservation policy. This week in Sarokaar, our panellists debate if this is really the time for India's reservation policy to be looked at again. We try to understand who really deserves reservation and what should be the criteria for this.
