Troubleshooting with GE TechLn Looks like DEMO mode follow along

Found unit no cool no freeze no fans no compressor nothing. It all seemed to quiet so it seemed like it was in demo mode maybe demon mode but either way I’m troubleshooting with ge Techline and we need a new main board part 2 soon
Is Ge right or do we have other issues only time will tell
