New country in Mideast? Kurds aim to create own state amid conflicts

Syrian Kurds want their own delegation for next month's peace conference on Syria known as Geneva 2. Last month the group declared an autonomous government in the country. Kurds are one of the world's largest ethnic groups without their own state, but as Paula Slier reports, that may only be a matter of time.
