Sims 3 House Building (Starter Home) - Mrs. Grove Barn

Hello everyone! Today I have another starter home for you guys and like I said in my last videos this is also related with country life! This one is supposed to be a renovated barn that was made a livable house with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. You can buy this house/barn right from the start with one sim and still have a couple of hundred dollars but I built this on a 20x30 lot in Riverview so if you put the house on a bigger lot the price will increase.
