Aroundsquare Chetki - Introduction

This is an introduction to chetki - some of the play, and some of the styles. These are Aroundsquare's take on chetki, also known as Russian prison beads. They can be flipped and manipulated in many ways, from simple bead counting and breathwork, through to full on freestyle manipulation.
