Breathing Exercises for Covid-19
The global Covid-19 pandemic is now in its second wave in South Africa. The virus has affected many lives both either directly or indirectly. A healthy immune system, social distancing and proper education are key in defeating this unseen enemy.
Breathing exercises are important as they help in effeciently regulating oxygen throughout the body from the lungs. These exercises can also assist in calming the body during stressful times.
This video demonstrates breathing exercises that can be used if you have contracted Covid-19 and are experiencing respiratory difficulties. Furthermore, these exercises can be used to strengthen the lungs, even if you do not have respiratory difficulties.
