We know Zurg is an evil emperor who is the sworn enemy of the Galactic Alliance. We know the strong and noble Buzz Lightyear fears his power and armies and knows invasion is imminent. We know Zurg is looking to take control of the galaxy, but beyond that I knew very little for a long time. I have been watching Toy Story my entire life, have been battling Zurg at Walt Disney World since I was five and even sported Buzz Lightyear underwear back in my early days, but yet I knew little about Buzz’s greatest foe. Is he a robot? Is he really Buzz Lightyear’s father? Are his schemes even that evil?
