IF you’re from the countries in yellow, green and blue. you don’t need visa for Andorra. If you’re from the countries in gray you would need a Schengen visa

There’s no Airport in Andorra, the closest airport is La Seu d’Urgell
It’s kinda expensive, it costs about 154 euros ($182). The planes are also slow with stopovers.

The bus from Toulouse usually take about 3-4hrs and it costs 36 eur = $43
