12 vehicles damaged due to asphalt on I-95 in Providence
A dozen vehicles were stuck on I-95 in Providence Wednesday night after large asphalt chunks were left on the highway, according to Rhode Island State Police. State police told 12 News the asphalt likely fell off a dump truck on the southbound lanes just before the I-195 split.
