Miles to Madison Ep. 05.21: Emma Cary, Noah Ohlsen, Travis Mayer, and Adrian Mundwiler

The top 10% of athletes from each continent from the 2021 CrossFit Open were invited to participate in Quarterfinals, the second stop on the road to the Games.

In Episode 5 of Miles to Madison, Travis Mayer, Noah Ohlsen, Adrian Mundwiler, and Emma Cary give us an inside look at their Quarterfinal weekend, taking on six workouts from their respective gyms.

Winner of the Quarterfinal in North America Mayer shares his goal of being a positive role model for his children. Games perennial Ohlsen opens up about performance anxiety and the mental pressures associated with competing. Switzerland’s national champion Mundwiler pushes through a patella injury, hoping to advance to Semifinals, and 2019 Girls 14-15 champion Cary sets out to prove herself as an elite individual female athlete at 17 years old.
