How to Dance with Confidence

I hear this all the time…

My confidence deeeefinitely didn’t come naturally, I had to build it, and there are a few things that helped more than anything else:

I got comfortable being uncomfortable

I put myself in the spotlight, even when it was scary

I leaned on friends & family
