KIKI'S KITCHEN | Basic Kale Salad Recipe
Let's cook together a Basic Heathy Kale Salad.
All you need is :
-Fresh Organic Kale
-1 tsp. Good quality Oil (I prefer Raw Cold pressed Golden Flax Seed or Hemp seed oil)
-1 Lemon or lime
-1 tsp.Raw Klamath or Spirulina powder (optional)

Tips:
-Never cut you salad with a metal knife as it is gonna "cut off" half of the essential vitamins and minerals from it - use your hands instead.
-No salt is needed as lemon juice together with Spirulina will give you that perfectly balanced acidity and saltiness instead.
-You can keep your salad in the fringe up to 6 hours and it will become even more delicious and juicy.
