Conclusions at 50:50: "What I finally want to recommend is a third socialism [economic like the second socialism but ethical like the first one], which would be a civil economy...if socialism is exactly the right word and maybe it isn't. That would be a socialism which sees the economy as fully a part of civil society and try to redesign the economic contract itself...This would be a new mode of modern market as still marketplace, but not technically a mode of modified capitalism."
