Vertical wind turbine charging battery.mp4

I have been wondering how well this windmill would work in real world situations. With the small output in ma, I'm not sure if it's worthwhile to have it at all. Today is a windy day and I have the answer. My small 18 amp hour battery is usually at 12.6v. When I came back from shopping, the voltage went up to 12.72v. Not much but it is a definite improvement. The windmill has a bit of rattling in high winds. Luckily, It is standing up and has not fly apart.
