Complete Leg Workout | Cable Machine

Sometimes, we don't have access to a lot of equipment and need to get a good workout in. This workout can be done on only one cable, which makes it perfect for traveling or for when the gym is crowded. Be sure to exercise proper gym etiquette - if someone is waiting for the cable, don't hog it :)

1). Reverse lunges
2). Cable squats
3a). Goblet squats
3b). RDLs
4a). Front foot elevated split squat
4b. Single-leg calf raise
5a). Sumo squat
5b). Pull through
