LIVE: Multiple police officers shot in "active and ongoing" shooting situation in Philadelphia

At least four officers were shot Wednesday by an active shooter in the Nicetown-Tioga area, CBS Philadelphia reported. The officers were taken to a local hospital and were in unknown condition.
