В этом видео я показываю как я использую силиконовые формы для создания объемного печенья. Чтобы сделать цветное тесто достаточно добавить несколько капель пищевого гелевого красителя в тесто перед тем, как класть муку. Чтобы легче достать тесто из формочки, можно положить заполненную тестом формочку в морозилку на 5-10 минут. Затем острожно достать тесто из формы и выпекать как обычное печенье.
