I’ve done it again, I made my CNS start to shut down with the extra stuff I’m adding on top of the program. Going to cut anything that’s not written starting this next week. I’ve done this before and it fixed this issue. The main symptoms are very weak workouts for no other reason and also yawning and feeling like I’m gonna fall asleep after the workouts.
