I was hoping the 4K resolution was a bit better. It looks like a 'stretched' 1080p. If you don't need a super sharp image this camera will do the trick, especially for its price. It has EIS (Electronic Image Stabilisation) and fish-eye correction. With the waterproof case, you should able to use it underwater, although I haven't tested that. In addition, this camera comes with loads of accessories and 2 batteries.

Please note that you will need a U3 Sd Card if you want to use 4K 60 fps resolution.
