Weekend walk in Daikanyama, Tokyo - 4K 60 FPS

Daikanyama is another upscale residential area in Tokyo, located just 15 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Shibuya (or one stop on the Tokyo Toyoko Line).

The area is sometimes referred to as "The Brooklyn of Tokyo", probably because they both have plenty of trendy shops, bars, cafés and because they both are popular among the hipster crowd. I haven't been to Brooklyn in 15 years so I really don't know...

Daikanyama is also home to T-site, one of the first concept stores by the bookstore Tsutaya. Housed in an award-winning and architecturally interesting low rise complex, where you will also find restaurants and some lifestyle boutiques, this is quite likely one of the best bookstores in the world.

This was filmed on a weekend in December 2018, with a Fujifilm X-T3 in 4K 60FPS. The lens used is a Laowa 9mm f2.8, and the camera was mounted on a Zhiyun Crane gimbal for stability.
