Do you really need to use ND (Neutral Density) FILTERS on your DRONE?

In this video I do an exhaustive test both using and not using ND filters. These filters are used for the purpose of slowing down the shutter speed of the camera, thus creating motion blur. But is this noticeable in most drone footage. Does subject proximity (Distance of drone to other objects) have a bearing on motion blur?
I test these items in real world scenarios and show you the results.
