Mercedes CLK430 W208 ME2.8 ECU How to program used ECU with KTAG to swap with original

How to use KTAG to program a used ECU to save a ton of money. This should work for any Mercedes with a ME2.8 ECU.
The ebay seller no longer has the unit I bought, so you can just search "K-TAG ECU" and a few will come up.
KTAG Unit with
HW 6.070 and SW 2.13 was used in this video.
