Explaining Butterfly life cycle using one plnt 🦋🐛

Taking you through the stages of Red Pierrot Butterflies' Life Cycle using one Akkapana Plant.🦋🦋🦋🦋

In this video you will be able to see different stages of ths Red Pierrot Butterfly (𝘛𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘥𝘢 𝘯𝘺𝘴𝘦𝘶𝘴). The caterpillar, empty pupa and some adult butterflies flying around the Akkapana plant (𝘒𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘦 𝘭𝘢𝘤𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘢𝘵𝘢) which is the larval food plant of this butterfly.

📍📍 The main reson for me to make this video is because I hear that many people find it annoying to see their plants getting destroyed by caterpillars 🐛. Specially when the time a caterpillar is almost getting close to making it's pupa, they tend to eat alot to make sure they have plenty of food stored for their pupa stage. 🦋🦋

Although this is true that these plants getting destroyed🌱🌱, the plant itself most of the times recover from this and in this case the bits and pieces of the Akkapana plant that breaks and falls off will produce new plants 🌱🌱.

So in a way while the butterfly 🦋 has their own life cycle, the Akkapana plant has it's own cycle too where they grow well and either die off or recover either way they make sure to produce more plants to grow well for the cycle to carry on. 🌱🌱

🌱 Nature is a cycle of life where everything is connected together, animals and plants having this relationship and so on. The caterpillars 🐛🐛 could be destroying the beautiful plant and reduce the beauty of a garden but in the end this same caterpillar turns in to a beautiful butterfly and would stay around close by to their larval food plants and make your garden beautiful too. 🐛🐛🦋🦋

So thinking about it its a win win both ways.
