You are a technical analysis trader and coach – what makes you qualified to teach others to trade? Tell us more. What makes someone qualified to be a trader and teach others is a combination of things; there is no official degree or tertiary education for trading. Experience and time in the markets is probably the key parameters

I developed a great interest from a very young age. I was fortunate to have my parents activiely involved in unit trusts and there was this money being made while they they toiling. They also used to check them in newspapers and I found all this very interesting. In August 1987 I took all my savings and put them in the stock market just in time to capture the 35% capitulation of the market of the October 1987 crash so that was my baptism of fire in the markets.
