AKA, Tibz Murders I Five murder accused denied bail
The five men accused of killing South African rapper, Kiernan 'Aka' Forbes and celebrity chef, Tebello "Tibz" Motsoane, have been denied bail at the Durban Magistrate's Court.
The accused were arrested just over a year after the assassination of the prominent musician and his friend.
Handing down the judgement, magistrate Vincent Hlatshwayo said it is in the interest of justice not to grant bail to the accused saying the evidence before court indicates that they have a case to answer.
