Raspberry French Macarons with White Chocolate Raspberry Ganache | French Meringue Method

Recipe:
White Chocolate Raspberry Ganache:(I used double the ingredients in the video, and froze the half for another recipe)
250g White Chocolate (1 Cup)
190g Raspberry Puree (2/3 Cup) + 25g Sugar (2tbsp)
Or: 200g Frozen Raspberries (3/4 Cups) + 25g Sugar (2tbsp) + 2 tbsp Water
Macarons:
56g Egg Whites
75g White Sugar
75g Icing Sugar
75g Almond Flour
Unfortunately, for making macarons, cups measurements are not so reliable as it has to be very exact.
