Who Is The 3rd Starter In Pokemon Let's Go?

There are 3 pokeballs in Oak's lab, but in either game we only get to see who's in the middle and left one. The last pokeball and its pokemon remain a mystery forever, however there are plenty of hints as to who that pokemon might be. What do you think?
