New Dell XPS 15 - 2 days old - flickering screen issue

I have had this brand New XPS 15 for just 2.5 days only. Please repair ASAP or exchange to a brand new unit! Waited for this laptop to be delivered a significant amount of time already! How long do I have to wait again this time for a repair or exchange??? I think that for the amount of money people pay for this top model anyone would expect to get a quality product? Sadly, this is not the case.

Dell Technical support experience is really frustrating. There were 3 people from India I talked to until finally got transferred to a person who actually tried to do something rather that transferring my call to someone else once more. We agreed that I would do a factory default system restore (that did not solve the screen problem) and would sent an email to that person asking to call me back. I did exactly that. Several hours ago. Still no one called me back. Is this what they call DELL PREMIUM SUPPORT of their premium quality product?
