Bobby Shmurda Shocked EVERYONE When He Got Out of Prison!

Brooklyn based rapper Bobby Shmurda was released from prison on Tuesday, February 23rd after spending nearly 7 years behind bars. He was arrested back in 2014 outside Quad Recording Studios in the heart of Time Square New York. Upon his arrest, police found two guns and crack cocaine in the car he was in. Shmurda was imprisoned for conspiracy and possession of weapons after he pleaded guilty in court about his membership in the GS9 gang of East Flatbush. The now 26 year old rapper was released from the Clinton Correctional Facility in Dannemora in upstate New York at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday. His release was arranged by prison officials who decided that he was eligible for a conditional release. However he will be on parole and under community supervision in Brooklyn until the end of his sentence. That means he won’t truly be free until Feb. 23, 2026.
