OLA-Marikina Good Friday Procession 2017

This video shows the Good Friday procession of the Diocesan Shrine of Our Lady of the Abandoned (OLA) in Barangay Santa Elena, Marikina City, on April 14, 2017.

The procession features 79 images and tableaus, divided into three sections: Holy Men and Women, Scenes from Jesus' Public Ministry, and Scenes from Jesus' Passion and Death.

The parish-cum-shrine's 2017 Holy Week processions are the 125th in its history. The original images include those of Saint Peter, Saint John the Beloved Disciple, Saint Mary Magdalene, Saint Mary Salome, Saint Veronica, Jesus and the Samaritan Woman, and Our Lady of Sorrows (only used in the Holy Wednesday procession).
