With a diverse background across industries, Grant has built his experience across several senior HR roles, including HR Director appointments for Mars NZ, Mars Australia and Head of HR for Ensign Laboratories with responsibility for delivering HR strategy. With over 11 years experience in a global multinational, Grant has developed strong expertise in culture evolution, change management and talent development. When he isn’t in the office, he's reading books, pursuing his love of martial art and singing along to rap music.
