The terror of the war in Ukraine might seem a world a way to most, but not to those who have experienced it or left loved ones behind in it. In this talk, Mykola explains the history of tensions between the Ukrain and Russia and what it's like to be directly connected to the conflict. Mykola's, aka Nik, was raised in Ukraine before his world was turned upside down on February 24th when he received a call from his classmate informing him that a war had begun. He has since lived as a "refugee" in Barcelona where he continues to tell people not to forget about the war.
