Alex Gazan moved with confidence and speed through reps of log muscle-ups and 260-lb back squats at her first Rogue Invitational appearance.

The 2023 CrossFit Games fifth-place finisher won Seat at the Bar, completing a total of 30 log muscle-ups and 15 back squats in 5:19.
