Vasendin Yury Dmitrievich was born on March 18, 1958 in Arkhangelsk. Love for painting has shown since childhood. In 1975 he graduated from the Arkhangelsk Art School. After school he worked as an artist in the culture house of Maimaksa village. His works participated in numerous exhibitions of his native Arkhangelsk, more than once represented the Russian North at the exhibitions of Moscow and St. Petersburg, supplemented private collections in Russia, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Germany, Denmark, Canada.
