In the wake of the deadly #EndSARS protests gripping the West African nation, Nigeria's President Muhammadu Buhari has warned protesters not to "undermine national security". Instead of speaking directly about the violence that has unfolded, the 77-year-old called on the youth to engage with the government in finding solutions, and took aim at agitators who had "hijacked the protest movement" that arose against police brutality.
