Wet hair, then spike the hair you want to bleach with gel. Follow instructions with kit and copy the "shoe shine" method for "tips" effect. Wrap hair in shower cap or aluminum foil to 'process' and check hair after 30 mins...leave on up to 1 hour. Wash product out of hair. Be a model.
