Spiral blade cold rolling machine, also called screw flight making machine, is continuous forming machine. one pair tapered rollers will press metal strip, normally MS or SS, edge thinner. with inner stress, the steel strip will curve self into spiral shape. SBR-III machine's driving power is from two big torsion motor, 11kw x 2. steel strip thickness can be up to 6mm. spiral diameter and pitch can be various according to design. Mostly such spiral blades are used for conveyor machine.
