part 7 of our best-dress series! blue is one my favorite colors hence the length of this video 😅 just like in the other videos this list is arranged in no particular order and were chosen for different criteria like being iconic/memorable, dresses i would wear if i could, and outfits that were just brilliant decisions on the costume designer's part. obviously this is just my opinion.
