Why is There a Backlash against Sex Ed in Schools?

Most of my sex ed work is creating content online but I'm a HUGE advocate for comprehensive relationships & sex education in schools. 📚🤓🍑 Sex ed has been mandatory in schools in England for a few years now, but what does that actually look like? How did we get here? And why are some people still so opposed to the idea of sex ed being taught in schools??
