On my way CPL. Kempinck observes me taking footage on the approved side of the checkpoint. He makes it a point to ask me why I'm filming and tries to ID me verbally.

Then I go around the corner past another checkpoint towards the media staging area where I was directed by deputy Morris.

This is when deputy Aiken detained me claiming I had to present ID.

After telling I was guilty of nothing and that I was free to go the direction they dictated as long as I didn't ride my bike in the daylight.

They sent the original tyrants from earlier that day Davila and Ojeda days later to issue me retaliation bicycle citations and "lack of address" citations in the sum of 800$

After fighting it in court multiple times and through multiple judges you'll be shocked that they found themselves innocent of everything and all the judges except Kerry O'Connor got hostile and aggressive because I wanted to ask questions at my trials about jurisdiction.

Judge Sestak even locked me up in a cage for saying that I don't understand. Also claiming that I did not have constitutional rights in his court room.

When I finally got home from this ordeal I spoke with Lieutenant Raulerson and he point blank told me that I did not have to ID and that I was well within my rights to go to the media staging area without showing ID.
